Arches of Kullaro
Based in northern Scania by the Black Quarry, family firm Kullaro specialises in the use of diabase, a magmatic stone that has been extracted here and exported worldwide for over a century. Lisa Hilland is known for her expressive style and design with a poetic twist, working with both Swedish and international producers.
“We have explored this exclusive material in combinations with metal and textiles, creating a furniture range of playful and dynamic forms, framing the stone by metal arches as a jewel in its setting. Through our close collaboration, Kullaro and I have found we have a lot in common; passion for design, craftsmanship, and high quality. Together we proudly present - the Arches of Kullaro."
